Submission Process
How to Submit Transcripts
Submit official transcripts within 30 days of enrollment. Transcripts must be sent directly from your previous school, not from the student. Our Registrar reviews all documentation within 5 to 10 business days.
Request official transcripts from all previously attended schools
Schools send transcripts directly to BBPA Registrar — not through the student
Submit within 30 days of enrollment

Special Situations
Not every situation is standard. Ours handles all of them.
Homeschool Students
- A portfolio of completed coursework
- Course descriptions
- Grades or evaluations
- A completed Homeschool Verification Form
Adult Learners Without Available Transcripts
Apply for a Transcript Exemption through the student portal. Approved students begin the full diploma program without any transferred credits applied.
International Transcripts
Require official English translation and third-party credential evaluation before assessment. Contact our Registrar before submitting any documents.
Requesting Your BBPA Transcript
Standard processing is 5 to 7 business days. Transcripts are released only for accounts in good standing with no outstanding balances. Contact the Registrar at registrar@biscayneprep.net.
